Focuses on Dwight “The General” Manfredi, a capo for the New York Mafia, shortly after he is freed from jail after doing 25 years and is abruptly sent by his boss to establish a business in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Dwight gradually assembles a “crew” of oddballs to assist him in creating a new criminal empire at a place that seems to him to be on a different planet after realizing that his mob family may not be looking out for his best interests.
